Fighting for freerecyling

Background Reading No 1: Internet Democracy

Here is my launch of yet another series of entries – focusing on what I consider related subjects, perhaps what you might consider background reading. The first is on what is often referred to as Internet Democracy, and the first link is to wikipedia.  Most often this is focused on elections and Politics with a capital P.  But I prefer to think of it as the ability for the normal citizen to make a difference beyond that normally easily available only to those with money and influence.  This subject deserves a place here because what this blog is about is ensuring the freecycling is not centrally controlled, but instead controlled by the movement.
