Fighting for freerecyling

Freeuse weighs in…

Freeuse is a website providing freecycling support to groups, mainly in the USA. If I may quote from its about page,

FreeUse Network was started in May 2004 as a local freecycle group by an Environmental Engineer, Mr.
Scott Perkins, to promote waste reduction in Baton Rouge LA by helping to keep reusable items out of
landfills and to develop a helpful community of caring people. In October 2005, due to freecycle losing it’s
grassroots appeal, FreeUse was born.”

Freeuse provides quite a complete solution with advice and support for both moderators and members, along with a process for initiating new groups.
