  1. I am allowing the above blog comment albeit off-topic for this blog. It is not my goal to widen or dilute the agenda of this blog unnecessarily and yes, there are some valid criticisms against Al Gore’s Inconvenient Truth but in a sense there is a parallel between his approach and that of the tribute this blog pays to The Freecycle Network.

    Both are on an environmental agenda.

    Both are a critique of an establishment that refuses to listen, whose major argument seems to be “we are perfect, so there.”

    Both challenges to the establishment become themselves challenged on credibility.

    Both are in the positive aspects of the relevant agenda are singing from very similar hymn sheets.
