Top Posts 18: Unpopular, or what

Throughout all the debacle of what TFN has or has not done it is often difficult to see what is going on. One gets so involved in the detail, and certainly as new events unfold (such as the recent 9th circuit decision in favour of Tim Oey and against TFN) it is good to get review what is actually going on. There can hardly be a better summary than that provided in the archives of fcnext in this post.

Therein you will find a brief overview of all the points raised up to the time of posting, along with exhibits to support the assertions. Many if not all of these exhibits have been filed as part of the various legal battles, and as such I think their validity is not in question.
